We like to say ‘anyone with an amygdala’ (the part of our brain that causes our fight-or-flight response), but really this is for you if you want to learn to respond compassionately and intentionally and less reactively; if you seek to advocate for your highest goals and for living the most fulfilling version of your life, while collaborating effectively with others.
